Plot area and facing are useful starting points when comparing farm plots in Shadnagar. They help you narrow your choices, but they should be considered alongside the shape, road access and services shown in the project layout.

The Vaarahi Mango Meadows brochure includes several plots labelled 125 sq. yards and others labelled 150 sq. yards. These are examples of layout sizes, not a promise that every plot of that size is currently available.
Open the availability page and use the area filter. Select a plot to see its exact recorded area and facing, then confirm its status with the team.
East-facing and west-facing options
The supplied Vaarahi inventory lists east-facing and west-facing plots, along with North East and North West entries. For example, Plot 8 is listed as East facing and 150 sq. yards, while Plot 16 is listed as West facing and 125 sq. yards.
Use these labels to identify plots to inspect. At the site, ask the team to explain the recorded facing in relation to the road and the north indicator on the layout.
Corner and irregular plots need closer comparison
Some plots along the boundary have different shapes and dimensions. Plot 68 is recorded at 190.60 sq. yards after the owner confirmed the brochure area. Plot 15 is shown at 308.17 sq. yards in the layout.
For an irregular plot, the area figure alone does not describe its shape. Look at all sides on the brochure and ask for the plot-specific survey dimensions during your visit.
Read decimal areas carefully
Some areas in the supplied vacant list omit decimals that appear in the brochure. For the website inventory, the brochure’s precise area values are retained, including 132.70 sq. yards for Plot 31 and 111.80 sq. yards for Plot 45.
Ask for the area used in your final written quotation and plot documents. Staff can correct website records if a verified update is needed.
